Onsite Venue & Events LEad

We are looking to hire a Venue Lead to help oversee events at both The Gold Coast Farm in Aliso Viejo and The Riverbed Farm in Anaheim

Responsibilities will include tasks such as :

  • Help coordinate and schedule the Master Events calendar with our Administration Director

    - 80% of our events are weddings, primarily on Saturdays, however, we also host other events such as Showers, Graduation Parties, Anniversary Parties, etc

  • Work directly with our booked clients to help them prepare for their scheduled events

  • Give venue tours to potential clients and walkthroughs to booked renters

  • Work with our farmers and Administration Director to ensure farms are event ready

  • Assist in the planning and execution of occasional Renewable Farms sponsored community events/workshops

  • Oversee rehearsals

  • Assist in Training /Hiring of event staff

  • Manage staff and act as a point-person for clients and vendors during events

    *This is not a wedding/event planner position. Most of our renters have hired planners or day-of - coordinators *


We are looking for someone with leadership skills and organizational proficiency. Ideally, you are great with people, outgoing, kind, and patient. This role is for someone that wants to be in-person and hands-on. The job requires meeting new people, being a welcoming presence, driving between venues, making sure events are compliant with city regulations, being assertive when needed, and working weekends. Previous experience in the event field is favorable but not required.

Schedule is ideally Friday - Sunday, 20-30 hours a week

Pay is $20 - $25 per hour
